Can I adjust my subscription?
Yes. You may add or remove items from upcoming shipments and modify your subscription frequency directly in your Customer Portal. You can access the portal via the unique link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email. You may also email us at service@thinkpinksurvivor.com for help.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal by clicking the designated link.

I placed an order on your site and received emails, but the system states I do not have an account.
Creating an account is not mandatory to place an order with us. Once you complete your subscription purchase, your confirmation email will include a Customer Portal link, allowing you to manage subscriptions without creating an account. If you choose to register an account, you can also manage subscriptions directly within your account dashboard.
